目的 观察阿维A联合重组人白介素-2治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)及预防复发的效果。方法 将入选患者随机分为对照组和治疗组；均用微波将皮损彻底清除，对照组25例不加用其他治疗，治疗组34例彻底清除皮损后应用重组人白介素-2注射液20万单位肌注，隔日1次，连用7次，并加用阿维A胶囊20 mg/d，8周后改为10 mg/d，维持4周。两组均随访6个月。结果 治疗组复发率为11.76％，明显低于对照组的56.00％，差异具有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论 阿维A联合重组人白介素-2肌注对CA具有较好的治疗作用，并能降低其复发率。

Objective To observe the efficacy and recurence of oral aeitretin combined with interleukin2 in patients with condyloma acuminaturm (CA). Methods 59 patients with CA were randomly divided into two groups.34 cases as observation gnoup were treated with acitretin(20 mg/d orally for 8 weeks, and then the 10 mg/d for 4 weeks) and interleukin-2(200,000 unit im, qod for 7 times)after the warts had been eliminated by microwave.In the control group,25cases received the treament of elimination of the warts by microwave alone. A review was given to all patients for 6 months,comparing the relapse rate between the two groups. Results In the observation group,recurrence rate was seen only in 4 cases(11.76％)while in the control group, there were 14 cases ofrecurrence(56.00％). The relapse rate of the investigation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant in the two groups (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion Using acitretin combined with interleukin-2 in hhe treatment for CA can lower the relapes rate.
